Hiya, just bought a used Sedici (56 plate) and am having problems with the lower gears, especially when changing down from 3rd to 2nd when the car is cold. Once it has been running for a while it is much easier to come down the gears,but when it is cold I really struggle to get the car down into 2nd gear. Anyone else have the same problem?

if it is a diesel .....i believe it's a common problem......

Yep the 2nd gear is an issue on the Diesel - 6 speed box. The Petrol has a different 5 speed box so does not suffer from the same probs - though ours can occasionally be reluctant to go in to reverse. I'm guessing having the 4WD system linked into the drive could cause more gearbox issues than say a 2WD car?
