I bought a fiat seicento a couple of months ago and the fuse for the radio was removed. I now need to re-enter the code into the stereo. However, i was not supplied with the users manual when i bought the car, and i don't have the code. Is there any other way of fixing it other than visiting the fiat dealer where I need to pay £25 to fix it?

Saz

Hi:D,

Sorry but you need to visit a dealer or car audio specialist to have the code reset.:(

Have you tried contacting the previous owner for the code card?

Dave. :)

Going to FIAT is likely to be your best bet. But so you know, the FIAT dealer don't fix it for £25. They simply fax your chasis number to a building somewhere (HQ?) and then a fax comes back with the code.

We had to do it once, thankfully I've got rid of the pile of rubbish now!
