another similar thread but again a seperate question to my other one.

Does anyone know of anywhere or anyone who can provide a VIRGIN transponder chip for my vehicle? It needs to be preprogrammed/Flashed to work with a fiat, and I can program it in to my car using AlfaOBD; however the one that i bought from ebay which was supposedly "Preprogrammed to fiat" would not be recognised by the software.

Also is there any way of being able to tell if the transponder I need is an ID48 or and ID43? And whether I need a Megamos Crypto or Philips crypto?
