Hi Guys (& Gals),

Can someone help me with details of the wires to connect for an aftermarket remote central locking kit.

1: +ve or -ve pulse activation ?
2: Location/colour of the required lock/unlock wires.
3: Colour of the left and right indicator wires.

I know I could probably find them myself by ripping off panels etc, but I would probably damage something in the process. I know the fuse box is behind the glove compartment but it looks like a killer to access the wires there, so I'm hoping for a more accessable location.

Any help would be much appreciated, I've been searching for days for this info and getting nowhere fast.

Hi Ian,

It's the new 2012 model - I can't find any circuit info anywhere for it.

Many Thanks for the info Ian.

I can now get on with the installation later this week.

I plan to produce a "how to do it" guide, with instructions and Pics.

I will of course give you full credit for providing the much needed wiring information.

Once again, thank you very much.

Gavin

Just to confirm Ian, have I interpreted your info correctly, please see attached image.

Thanks

Hi Ian,

For the sake of clarifying for myself, I've re-jigged my drawing, have I got it this time ?

Thanks

Gavin

Thanks for the feedback, your patience is much appreciated.

I've re-jigged my diagram to accommodate your advice - hopefully I've got it right this time.

Thanks Ian

I will try and have a go at it this week and if all goes well, I'll produce a "How to"
