New Lock Set

Just bought a mk2 punto for my gf and she only got one key and its very worn! and its a fiddle to get the ignition to work with it +doors ive seen a new lock set on ebay (just locks) and key card with the code. how do i get the new keys coded to the existing imobiliser/ecu? fiat want just over £300 to do the job can anyone advise?

you need to get fiat garage to code the keys.

If steve1973 can tell me what year car was made (not registered),and what engine, I can probebly come up with some options and prices.

its a mk2 punto so be 99> code 2 system, i thought no one had cracked code 2 system yet?
