| seicento security plates? Afternoon people, quick question: The door lock on my seicento has been screwdrivered. WHoever did it managed to get the stereo. I have purchased it like this so im after cheapest options for a repair. Not particularly keen on the delocking idea / dont really want to involve fibreglass and resprays etc. My idea is upgrade central locking to remote central locking and then fit (if they make them or anyone can suggest a place) that will allow me to remove the external part of the lock and replace with a blanking plate, possibly an interior one also if they are available. Obviously i know if someone really wants to get in then they will brick, crowbar a coat hanger even. But if this deters them enough to move on to the next car im happy! Any one done this before? Ian

| Panda's with Gadget's | Re: seicento security plates? I've fitted remote central locking to my Panda, and basically brought an alarm off of eBay, and Central locking kit from Maplin Electronics, and connected the two via the interfaces they had. About a days work to fit the two properly. Depending upon expertiese, but I managed it easily ![]() Shoudln't be that hard.
