Don't park in the station car park outside Sutton College, West Midlands.

Windscreen smashed.

You know what i mean, its **** when someone just KO's your car.
The best part, i got a parking ticket as the smashed glass covered up the paid ticket voucher.

Haha quality.

send your car park ticket off along with the fine paper (should be an address on the back of the fine) and they should let you off.

Sorry to hear about the screen tho :(

Slightly pointless maybe, but don't park in Pontyclun, LLantrisant, Wales train station and catch a train to London, I had my old Golf GTI stolen from there a few years back and it was never recovered (The only anti theft device it had was a flashing red led!) I've always wondered how they nicked it, was it hot wired or towed away, thieving scumbags...

thats unbelievable

adding insult to injury, and all that....
how on earth does a warden not do something about it, ie call police (or something useful) instead of ignoring it and whacking on a ticket, you could hardly call them human when they do stuff like that:(

Yer they are idiots lol.
I hate all teh traffic wardens round our area. :(

But unlucky, hope you get it all sorted :)

**UPDATE**

After the settled apology letter i recieved a letter today with photo evidence from my car. It shows my ticket upside down under the glass. Thats it, will post the photo up later today.

Fined. £30
Not the original £60 as i sent the form early into my case.

Claim the windscreen smash disrupted the position of the ticket which was originally placed the correct way. Then, ask for details of the traffic warden who issued the ticket and ask to make a complaint about them over failing to report damage to a vehicle parked on their car park to the police. Word it such as,

"Is it common for all of your employees to ignore criminal damage when they go about their round? Is it also common that when they find such criminal damage that they fail to report it to their office, security or police. Correct me if im wrong, but failer to report a crime is a crime in itself isn't it? So therefore I would like to make a complaint against said traffic warden who issued the ticket to my vehicle."

The risk of a complaint against them will sway the ticket surely.
