Ok, I have a Fiat Scudo 2007 MPV and my fans only work on full setting. I have been told that it is more than likely the heater resistor - Can someone point me in the right direction please so I can change this myself?

Well on the Punto's it is located under glove box to rear slightly to the right, check the pics in Punto How-To's for the Heater Motor/Loom replacment, this tells you step by step.

Is a 5 pin plug and when you unclip it, you normally find pins 4 & 5 dirty (through plug overheating and plastic melting... clean up with emery paper/nail file & WD40 or similar and other end of loom plug then re-connect, you will normally have repaired and now all settings are back 1 to 4.

Also check out vids on Youtube again all there, is a 5 min job, new plugs with resistor can be had off fleabay for around £6.99 and new wiring loom if required about £24.
