Update on this... Shes passed!I had to run a cable from the engine bay to the cab and I'm using a manual switch from a landrover I think to power the washers had to involve an auto electrician in the end as I was getting all sorts of power issues with the van, turns out I had a GPS tracking unit (former work van I think to track previous users) that was killing my battery, on removal I then had an imobiliser issue which was a result in a dead battery cell.

All up and running took to garage all passed. No fault on the washers could be located anywhere the only thing the auto sparky noted was water had entered the fuse box - so he thinks something was damaged inside there but after spending some time trying everything he could outside my house (without it being at his garage) we decided a switch was the best course of action.
