Hey I'm here searching for a possible fix for my -98 model fiat scudo 1,9 which is now suffering from a lights problem

When I start the car neither dashboard lights, backlights, back register plate light or front stop lights (dont actually know the rights word) work at all. I replaced the fuse that seem to connect them some how but no difference. But when I start driving , after for a while all the lights start working again. If I stop the car and start it again, they don't work. I'm hoping for easy fix since I'm not a real car mechanic Could it just be one of the relays?

I tried searching the forums with no luck so please help.
