I've read several posts on this forum about OBD software. Some people uses USB or wifi or BT adapters on their OBD diagnostic plug and install software such as "Torque" on their android devices to show all sort of things.

But I've also read that these gadgets seems to work on models from 2005 or newer.
My scudo is of 1997. The 1.6 petrol version (1581). I don't even know if it has a diagnostic plug.
Let alone that the above mentioned adapters will work.

Why do i ask this ? I would like to use a rev counter instead of a clock in my dash.
Anyone know if this is possible for my "antique" scudo ?

I've asked the FIAT customerservice in Italy for help on my question.
They will let me know.

Too bad that no one here knows the answer.

Well no help from fiat Italy. theyy only send me a picture of the socket.

I made a photo of the diagnostics plug. it looks strange, and seems to be NOT OBD2 >
