The speakers in the scudo i bought are in rough condition so my plan is to swap them out .

Can anyone tell me the size to save me having to take off the door cards twice?

also is the only way to get them out to remove the door card?

the plan is to change the headunit and door speakers / dash tweets for something basic and cheap .

Alot of the kits in halfords ect say they fit most doors but im guessing there is some fab work needed?

They do kits on amazon that come with everything you need to fit them your looking at about £50 for some 240 pioneer speakers I'm looking into doing the same the main problem that I'm having is if you remove the headunit then you loose the screen and your current miles will show in kilometers so I'm trying to find out how hard it would be to have one of the standard headunits with built in aux programed into the van and fitting an amplifier and extra speakers if required. If you search in amazon "fiat scudo 2007 speakers" you should find them easy enough there's cheaper makes just personally like pioneer. Let me know how you get on
