A coupe of weeks ago,my battery light came on,but if I gave my van floored revs it went off,this happened a few times,but van was starting & running as normal,however the other day, it would not fire,I managed to get it started by bump starting it
light came stayed on after starting & Reving it did nothing for it,my van has started a few times since,but today the ignition came on,waited for glow plug lights to go off,then nothing,wouldn't turn??
It was like it was a dead battery,hardly any power at all,there was somthing but not a lot
But as it was dark I will now sort it tomo
The headlights are shining as normal & its bleeping to tell me I've left lights on
I'm hoping it is just the battery,but if that's ok when I test tomo,any ideas what it could be??
Starter motor/alternator??
Only really started last few weeks as temps have dropped

UPDATE
Battery all fine,however it was the alternator, £242 Suplied & fitted,but garage have said the belt is also no good £15-20
Had new glow plugs fitted last year,so hopefully that's it now [emoji23][emoji23][emoji85][emoji106]
