dont know what kit as its in a garage and all it says is F4BA startup prevention

how would you get fuel presure up
tried spare key
and yes think engine speed is ok when cranking

Have you had the injector leak off test carried out.?
A sticking injector will cause the pressure to be low.
I'm presuming the fuel filter has been changed.??

all 4 injectors are brand new garage say 70bar is more than enough to start it he says fiat tech said the same and will only go up to 300bar once running and yes new filter has been fitted is there somewhere i can get tech information on the fuel pressure there are saying its something to do with the bsi unit or key tried spare key but dont know if it has a chip in it as it looks like a standard key

the key CHIP will only switch off the immobiliser,
you'll see that on the dashboard - usually a key / lock symbol,

it's the "starting disabled" error you've got to get sorted.

once that's cleared you can attempt a tow-start.. if necessary,
towing gets the RPM's UP therefore pressure UP.

When you check with the diagnostic computer, also look for "startup allowed" or "immobiliser code recieved".
To View these you normally have to select them to view their status. If it says start up allowed or immobiliser code received then you know the immobiliser is working.
Just a thought....... have the injectors been coded in.???
