Just noticed this snapped of pipe on the water system. What was left was the small metal pipe inside the rubber hose. Can anyone tell me what the fix is ? Many thanks

if it helps this is in between the right hand side of the engine and the air filter.
The part bolted to the top is the coolant flange.

Im wondering if theres a metal sleeve about 13mm across that partially taps into the part leaving some sticking out to fit the rubber hose to.
any help with this would be great.

U need to get the rest of pipe out and fit a male threaded pipe in same size

So in desperation for a fix I took a slightly oversized long reach socket , put some metal epoxy resin around it, tapped it in with a hammer, and clamped the pipe onto the other end. Days later not a drip of water.
