I don't know the exact sizes but your old washers can be reused by heating them, check this link out https://goo.gl/7B5TtM.
If you still need the sizes, this evening I might be able to pull some out of an old engine I have lying around & measure them?

That would be great if you are able as the gearbox plug is leaking so think it will need a new washer and want to get them on hand ready for weekend.
Should have said too, it's a 2005, 1.9d
