Hi
I own a 2005 Scudo . There are two fuse boxes one behind the glove box and the other near the battery. I have a manual but it describes a different fuse box in a different location. The manuals on this site are for later vehicles. I just want to know which fuse is for which device. Any help welcome.

thanks

Fuse box near the battery is for main fuses over 40amps which serve the heavy electrics. The ones in the glovebox are the lighter electrics, eg horn, cigarette lighter, interior lights etc. If you look on the inside the covers of each fuse box, it tells you which fuse does what & where it's located.

Managed to download Vol 1,2,3, but couldn't find anything about a clutch removal in them, have I missed a volume?
Thanks in advance for any reply.

Thanks that helps, but there is no information on any of the fuse box covers.

Thanks GPz750. I'll have a look. I've already looked at some of this stuff -the Vol 1,2,3 stuff and didn't see anything.

Did you look on the inside of the covers/lids?

Thanks Steo M. Yes I looked at the lids there is no information.

Thanks GPz750. I had another look in my manual and at the back it mentions that on RHD 2.0 JTD the fuse box is behind the glovebox but it doesn't give a fuse layout.

I looked at the Dispatch pdf and that is confusing. It says the fusebox is below the dash but has a picture of one behind the glovebox and the fuse layout looks nothing like the one in the picture. I think I might do some experimenting and work out my own diagram.

I have both 1.9 & 2.0 Scudo's, tell me which one is yours & I'll up-load a picture of the fusebox layout.

Meant to say, I'll take photos after the tennis.

Hi Steo M. Its a 2.0 JTD. That would be great, thanks.

You are right, there's nothing on the cover, however if you've downloaded GPZ's manual, go into Vol 1, then click on Electrical Equipment, then Control Unit, scroll down & there's diagrams of the fuse boxes.

Thanks, I've looked at these PDFs and I can't see any plans that refer to the fuse box that I have (see image)

There was a facelift model around 2005 & you don't say if yours is the Mk1 or Mk2 van, anyway, one of these links is the same as your fuse board. The diagrams are laid out horizontally & not vertically like your photo but the fuse board is the same as yours.

Thanks Steo M. A couple of those (the later ones) do correspond if they are turned vertical and then upside down. Thanks, that's saved me a lot of trouble.
