Hi. I don't have the Key Code for my 2006 Scudo but I want to replace the worn flip remote key fob because the blade just flops out on it's own (And flops in, when I try to put it in the ignition)

I've got a Fleabay special replacement fob, with blank blade but I'm now wondering, can I get it cut at a locksmiths, without the "Code" or can they copy my non-remote key's blade pattern?

Thanks

If you find a locksmith with the correct equipment, they should be able to copy your existing key.

One problem you may encounter is that many cheap key blanks sold on eBay are made of steel, which quickly ruins the locksmith's cutting tool. You may find that they will only cut it if the blank is made of brass.
