Put a new belt on and it should stop
Did you tighten the belt or even get a new tensioner like mentioned in your other post.

Could be the IQ sensor which unknown to most was fiited to the scudo, if intelligence is deemed to be to low the STOP light flashes!
Could have been triggered by a passenger Maybe?

Lucky i have the Peugeot Expert as they dont have the IQ sensor. I am sure my wife does but its more a low IQ sensor. I must get the handbook to see if i can top it up.
