Happy New year good Scudo folk. I have the long wheelbase 2007 8-seater combi, the one with black glass all round and double rear doors. I've reached the point where I can just about lift one of the single seats in and out without my legs buckling but the double seats are a different kettle altogether, and cause me real grief. Problem is I carry different loads and different numbers of bodies all year.

What I need is advice on getting rid of the gargantuan factory seats and replacing them with something MUCH lighter, preferably at modest cost. I'd appreciate anyone's thoughts on this please.

Keep the seats and use some sort of lifting gear.
