Can anyone tell me about the number 4 injector(controller) on the 1.9 d engine is it the injector that's different or is it the connection to it any help would be appreciated

Are you talking about the fact it's got a wire on it and the rest havent ? If so it's got the needle lift sensor in it

thanks i have sourced several delphi injectors and so far cant find one with a needle sensor mentioned is it a main dealer job?

Quite a few of the bigger parts factors stock injectors nowadays would be worth giving them a try

Most injectors usually have the part no written on them in some form or the other may well be worth trying a firm called feather diesel services as far as I remember they are one of the only places in the country that do anything with Delphi injectors
