Hello. I have just unlocked my radio and it turns on BUT there is no sound. Please help.

have you tried connecting a different speaker from the wiring at the back of the unit? mine stereo was working but no sound and it turned out the speaker wires had broken in the plastic bit that goes through the front door pillars. these were also solid with the wire going through it so i had to run new wires from the unit to the speakers.

hi.thanks for replying. I would nt know how to connect the stereo to another speaker but I noticed that two set of scart wires goes into the stereo but one of the scart wires at the other end is not connected to any part of the van. I dont know if this is right? I will add a pic just to show u what i mean later.
