TVD Bottom pulley

Hi, anyone had any experiance of a faulty TVD/bottom pulley. 2000 2tr JTD

I have a clear engine vibration in 3rd at about 40, 4th at about 50 and 5th at 60ish and have tried many different cures, had a new egr, had the injectors checked, looked pretty much everywhere but can't seem to find it, and it's very annoying.

Any ideas boys?
