Diesel Newbie,EGR valve question.

Hello all.

Just a quick question from a diesel newbie, does an 04 plate 1.9d (non turbo) Scudo have an EGR VALVE and a MAF sensor. If so, could somebody please tell me where they are they located as after reading threads on this excellent forum I think one or more may need changing. Ive done 40000,had a new air mass meter fitted by dealer recently after it failed, but still have mild 'tugginess' when you innitially touch the accelerator when driving at normal tempreture, this 'tugginess' is more severe when pulling off from cold in morning. And I dont think my MPG is what it could be,she seems more thirsty of late. No black smoke from exhaust though.
Could I be right?
Also seems from the forum that the EGR only lasts 3 years or so anyway.
Thanks in advance for all help received.
