changed the front pads on my scudo, after that brakes have started to bind after driving for aprox 10 mins I have changed flexi hoses and master cylinder but still the same. the fluid seems to be pressurising if you leave it for 2 or 3 hours they have released. when they are binding if you release the bleed nipple they free off stright away

try adjusting the connecting rod on the servo to make it shorter. brakes start to bind when they heat up and expand. adjusting the rod gives enough clearance and allows room for expansion. hope this helps.

ive got a van with this fault , i adjusted the servo rod and its cured the binding problem , however still has the problem of the pedal going solid and the loss of brakes assistance when they fail the pedal trys to push up , if you sit with your foot on the pedal for a while it will suddenly sink slightly as the air assistance seems to come back , ive changed everything bar the servo , my fiat garage cant help , has anyone got a defo cure for this problem ??
