Re: GPS/Satnav for dummies

Hiya.,
cheers mate,
i got the software working, im just working on getting the Voices working now, i only have 3-4 of them so far,
I thought the XDA Exec had a built in GPS receiver but i think i was wrong about that now, so im just gonna order a bluetooth one over the internet.,
Are there any differences between them? or do they all do pretty much the same job?

Thanks for the help.,

you want one with 10 channels min.
with a s sirf* 3 chip in it.

trust me and go for the Holux slim 236. Holux make gps recievers for navman, they aren't some obscure japaneese make.

battery life is incredible i've left mine on over night and it's still worked for another 2 days
