Hi folks,

Had an S60 version of TT5 Mobile with more POI's and the comedy voices etc and now I use TT6 on a PPC so I am wondering if I can port over files from the TT5 to use in TT6?

Not too up on the file extensions etc plus I only have a copy of the memory card that the TT5 so there is no choice to install etc just a file structure.

as fare as i am aware the file structure for the ppc and the s60 versions are totally different, (i downloaded the wrong version once, and was stupmed by it) however voices pois etc CAN be transferred.

POI's are useusally OV2 files i believe and can just be copied and pasted on to the new unit.

voice files are .dat... or .data i cant remember

and again these are universal and can be ported from which ever unit (including GO! range)

FYI though I got TT5 to run on my PPC but lack of keypad made it unuseable but I was impressed! LOL
