Hi all
First of all, many apologies if this is answered elsewhere, I've read loads in here (and learnt lots, thanks!), but not come across this in particular.
We're considering getting a new 500 1.2 Lounge for my wife
Sat Nav is a must have, and built in makes sense as its one less thing to worry about.
But that's where my questions start...:bang:
Being a retro kinda gal, my wife doesn't want or need, a smartphone - her old Nokia makes calls and gets texts, and she's more than happy with that
So.
The sat nav bit of uconnect SEEMS to need a smartphone in order to get live traffic updates
Unlike any other in built sat nav I've ever come across? (Like the one in my Juke Nismo - yes, we like quirky cars )
I get that maps updates need a data connection (and probably a USB stick or suchlike, but traffic updates!?)
Is this really the case?
Many thanks!
