Pluged Tomtom (blue&me) into computer and find I can no longer use HOME to "Operate My Go". When I do it just tells me:-

I get exactly the same message but I'm not that bothered. I'm currently liaising with TomTom Support (a misnomer if ever there was). As there have been two subsequent map updates for my device I assumed that I would be entitled to a free upgrade, as they state that if there is a new version available within thirty days you can download it FOC.

However, I just get the message that it is not applicable to my device. I also wondered if the original problem you mentioned I was getting because I upgraded to Windows 7 64 BIT.

Update: Have now had the new map update FOC.

Just got an E-Mail fromm TOM TOM, plugged in My TOM TOM to my computer and received update, now works through computer.

Well here we go again, plugged unit into computer, upgrade carried out and now have the same problem AGAIN

Lost the facility to use TOM TOM with HOME.

Must pay £80 for updated map to reinstate feature. What a rip off
