1990 Abi Ace Viceroy XL 5 Berth Caravan.
RELUCTANT SALE DUE TO WORK COMITMENTS.
Average/Good condition for age.
This van was top of the range in its day!
Spec Includes :
- 2 Spacious double beds plus one single bunk bed,
- 3 way Fridge (gas, mains electric and battery)
- Gas Hob and Grill,
- Gas Heater,
- Mains electric, - with 12v Lighting,
- Water heater,
- Shower room,
- Built in radio cassette player and 2 speakers,
- A nearly full calor gas bottle, (only used once or twice for cooking since the bottle was new)
- Built in TV ariel booster,
Additional items included:
- Separate portable cassette toilet,
- Long waterproof mains cable,
- Water porter and handle, (Hardly Used )
- 2 x black water containers
- Bulldog Hitch lock with 2 keys
- Caravan step
So as you can see the caravan is ready togo, it has all the equiptment included to start caravaning right away! Ideal for people new to caravaning as its very simple to set up and has all the equiptment incuded thats needed.
The van does however have a small softer area on one wall around a window, This is from a previous leak around the window seal, before we owned the van (4ish years ago). The leak has been fixed. The wall is still soft in places but it isnt noticeable by eye and it dosent stop you using the van normally. Could be fixed easily by a compitent DIY'er.
I have been honest about caravan which is reflected in the price. I will accept offers in the region of £800 for a quick sale
