lancia 2.0 20v on fiat ritmo ?

lancia 2.0 20v engine on fiat ritmo ? it fits ? it worcks bolt-on ?

i have a fiat ritmo 85s and a friend of mine has a lancia K 2.0 20v 145hp . i want to put te engine from that lancia k , on my ritmo .

i searched on the internet and i founded that this engine (2.0 20v) it is also fitted on fiat bravo hgt .

the distance between front wheels at my ritmo is:1400mm , at lancia k is:1546mm , and at bravo is 1439mm . after these dimensions , i thinck that it fits ...

the gearbox it is the same at bravo hgt/lancia K ? it fits on my ritmo ?

i want some advices . anyone else did that ?
