Hey Guy's
















As some of you know I've had a few problems with my 61 plate qubo last Monday it was collected by fiat for them to take away and look into my issues like the boot rattling problem and the constant steering to the left and a few other problems. I had a call this morning from Fiat HQ I assumed this was going to be about returning my car but instead it was them telling me they wanted to buy the car back from me and I had to keep my courtesy car while they arranged a new qubo.




This has me confused and concerned as to why they would be doing this does anyone have any ideas

Could be anyone of a number of reasons........Friday car......damaged in delivery.....e.t.c., the important thing is they are not going to mess you about with attempting to correct the problems, but are going to replace the whole thing. Good on Fiat say I. Its a shame you had these problems, but at least they are going to sort it in what I think is a very caring and 'brilliant' way.....

yea very true I the service I had from fiat dealership was 100% bloody awful but the minute I spoke to fiat HQ they have been pretty good they got me a courtesy car fiat panda I did complain as it was to small due to having 2 rather large baby seats to fit in so they ranged for me 2 get a doblo and its is massive so cant complain about space now lol.


Its good service however im a little disappointed as im going to wisbech for a wedding on Friday and I was looking forward to taking my qubo down the motorway

As long as they pay you what is fair and reasonable and what you want can't go wrong

The weddings actually in Boston on the Friday but will be will be stayin in Wisbech with the fam. Would defiantly be good to say hi currently trying to see if I can take the courtesy car that far as it would add 1000 miles to the clock

I will do I have hired a berlingo to use as fiat wasn't happy when I spoke to them should of just done it anyway lol
