Sell or keep Cinq Turbo

Ok, i've been boring all my mates silly with this one.

Basically turbo cinq is currently off road having engine rebuild.

I've always wanted an uno turbo but don't rele wanna part with the Cinq, so i put it to you... Turbo Cinq or Uno Turbo?

You could always buy a UT a little while down the line once Enzo is back up to scratch (that is if you could bear to part with him once he's fixed )

Meh really like the look of kalel's Turbo MK1 jus know that turbo cinq got life left in it. its a tough call.

Ask him how much extra boost he was using as well

Everytime i read a cinq turbo thread its something to do with headgasket or is in bits!! then on to the next owner bodged, the misses U'T aint missed abeat in 3 years! and she can drive!!! Ant!

if a turbo cinq is treated right, and the boost is kept low, then there is no reason why it should go wrong, really.

keep it, it might cost you money, but then any fast car will!

Cos all the ones that broke have been bodged. Or ran lean for yonks or yada yada need I go on?

Foxyem(sp?) Had a turbo Cinq that never missed a beat IIRC. all it needs to be is properly done. Could probably run 12psi all day long, if not more.

Only low boost? Uno turbos can run quite happily and reliably at high boost (1.0 bar - up to approx. 150bhp). They only start getting unreliable when you go beyond that figure.

Bet your Cinq turbos won't stay in one piece at 1.0 bar for long!
