i managed to put my 1.1 punto up a mud bank and push the front bumper up under the car. luckly i wasnt going fast so not much damage was done. bought a new bumper and cross beam and fitted it. lovely however i think in the bump i damaged the radiator. after topping up the radiator with water and a bit of anti freeze every now and again it one day in the cold took out my water pump gasket, got a new water pump and some blue sealent and fitted it and seems ok but now my water level is going down again. basicly i wanna take off the front bumper replace the radiator and hoses refit the water pump. i was looking up new radiators as i dont really wanna get something like that from the scrappy. i found this web-site

http://www.radiatorsonline.co.uk/catalogue.php?make=FIAT

now for my 1995 punto it says something like £30 then works out about £45ish with delivery, is this about right? i was expecting more like double :D i dunno guessing this doesnt come with the fan ect. any ideas how much gonna cost me for the entire radiator unit including mounting brackets

tnx for quick reply :D any idea what would be best for the mounting brackets and fan ect? i was thinking maybe scrappy for those bits as should be able to find undamaged ones, with the actual radiator though i dont wanna take chances

dont buy anything unless you are sure of where the leak is comming from.,., try the core plug aswell, behind the water pump., thats a common place for a water leak.,..,

Did you get that radiator mate?
I`m in similar boat it has a bad leak, wondering whether to order from radiatorsonline as its a cheap price.Garage were quoting me 110 plus labour for it.
Not being a tech,my fan is fine but is it just a matter of swapping out radiator or do u have to unbolt bits from old one?
Cheers
Al
