| Walkthrough wanted for new lock system Hi, just bought an ECU and lock system from a fantastic chap on here - im sure hes far too modest to be named lol - anyway i now have the job of fitting it to the car I understand the basics and now I have new red and blue keys this should be pretty straight forward. One main question though - how on earth do I remove those two threaded pins from the ignition barrel?? Its been doing my nut right in - they havent got allen key fittings on the end, its taipered at one end and i simply cant figure out how to get the pins out Apart from that a full walkthrough would be great - ive tried searching the forums but ive found it a nightmare to navigate - so many threads asking for the same thing but without detailed replies. All help gratefully received - and yeah I know to get a fresh copy of my key as soon as possible so I dont land in this position again

| Re: Walkthrough wanted for new lock system Edit: looks like ive sussed it - I put a capped female screw onto the thread and use that as a bolt head in the ratchet right?
