Can someone tell me please how can i use the throttle body from a punto mk1(spi) into a fiat uno 1992,1108cc fire engine code 156c046 with Bosch spi and catalytic converter.
Is it possible ?
Uno uses 4wires and punto 3.

i know nothing about the uno's ecu setup... but i think the inlet manifold is slightly different with smaller ports than the punto stuff - so i'd be checking that. If the uno has the inlet i think it does then its actually a better design froma flow point of view but you would want to port it out a bit if using a punto TB on top. Alternatively use a complete punto inlet manifold and throttle body together - or even just the whole head and everything that bolts to it.
engine management wise I'm not going to be much help, why are you actually wanting to use the a punto throttle body? just cause yours is not working and you can't find an uno one or you trying to improve performance or what?

My throttle position sensor(potentiometer) of my uno is giving me big problem.Car is dangerous,when you want to accelerate and press gas pedal the car suddenly dives for a few seconds and after that accelerates.TPS has scratches and is unservisable only a used Bosch throttle body can be purchased but we are talking for a 25 years old units.
I was thinking if i can use the throttle body of a 1993 punto 55 spi with the wiring loom since punto has spare parts of tps.
Everything you can imagine in my uno is new,all sensors all fluids but potentiometer(butterfly) is useless.
