Any easy way to get the window motor out? It won't work at all so cant drop the window a bit to get at the clip. Need to get the whole lot out. Motor and regulator.

You obviously didn't read my post, THE MOTOR IS DEAD, CAN'T LOWER THE GLASS. That's why I asked:bang:

well my first thought is are you positive its the motor itself and not a wiring or swtiching problem??

If it really is the motor then what i would do is start taking all the bolts out that holds both the motor and sliders the windows are in until there was enough wiggle room to get access to what you need to get to in order to remove the motor. Only car i have recently done this on was a merc so not gonna be the same but was same issue of not having access to the right bolt without moving the window and was just trial and error taking stuff off until i could wiggle it enough to get it.

Yes definitely motor, only getting a click from motor when switch is activated. Very tight, cant really even see this plastic clip.

Well Flisko, no need to break anything, managed to take it all apart and eventually got the motor out, If anybody needs to know how I will take pics tomorrow and post it. The glass unbolts, there isn't any plastic clip, Very hard to get the motor out but it will do eventually.
Next problem.... Motor is working perfectly, it appears that it was just "stuck" Does anybody know what sets the limits for the motor, ie what stops it at the top and bottom,is it just resistance? Cant see any limiter on the winder itself.
