Thanks blu73 & varesecrazy ... for your help and time with this fault, bet if I had it towed to a garage who knows how big the bill would be ;-)
I will recheck in a couple of hundred miles as suggested to check the belt tension, I guess that I had done only about 150 miles since the HG was done as I dont go far.
One last question I noticed that the timing belt seems to stay about 2 to 3 mm from the left hand cam pulley edge as the original one seemed to be more central on the pulley is there any way to correct this position or best left alone ?
