That's the oil filler cap.
It would help if a proper question was asked, rather than set a test. You'll get more help if we don't have to guess the question.
As said above, the part you circled is the oil filler cap. As described in the handbook. Rather more important than an expensive induction kit on a low-powered engine.

Fairly certain that's not his engine bay as he's from Thailand and I don't think they have Halfords over there.
Good point. Although there are others on here using flags of different countries, some change theirs regularly.
