Hi,

I have an Lancia Y 1999 with a 60HP 1.2 8v FIRE engine. Same as the puntos. I wonder what airfilter does fit on the air intake. I want to remove the entire air-hood an replace it with a power filter. But I cant find anything to fit.

mounts won't be the same but if its fire engined one then you can just swap the mounts over and it will bolt in. Just like taking a p60 and dropping it in a cinq/sei.

wiring will be similar but there is no set way to do these things - you could use y10 stuff and run some of the y10 engine parts, like distrubutor setup rather. Or you could use full punto loom and ecu etc and do some wiring to make it mate up to the body loom so the clocks and stuff work.

yep palio bob will fit - to use that you would need to make your own induction kit from some bits.. Some silicone bits and maybe a bit of metal pipe.

this is a palio bob on a sei, same setup would work on yours fine, use whatever filter you like on end really.

Thats what I like to see & make haha, thank you! What power filter is that?
Here's a picture of my noob set-up, please dont laugh. I removed the airfilter in the air-hood and just put the powerfilter on the rubber pipe :p

from a power point of view you prob still be better sticking the panel filter back in until you got a better setup. If you want noise just drill some holes in the airbox (before the filter)

Allright will do! Thanks.
Will look for the Palio airhood tomorrow. Kinda hard to find arround here.
