flapping noise on front drivers side of car

hello to anyone that has any suggestions. recently I have noticed a flapping noise from the front-right hand side of my punto 1.2 8v car. I can only hear it when the car is moving with window down. I have checked the engine and nothing looks loose also checked the wheel hub and thats seem fine.. The flapping sound insreases as I speed up. Any comments would be appriciated. thank you ;-(

Could be the plastic wheelarch liners coming loose - I didn't notice mine until they actually contacted the wheel! A bit of drilling and zip-tying should hold 'em on :)
