Car turns over but won't start.

I have recently had the ECU repaired on a 1996 1.6 punto because of the immobiliser code light remaining on. That problem is now repaired, however the car will still not start up.
When turning the key once, the fuel pump does not make its usual starting up noise. I have tested the pump and its working fine. Also I have tested all fuses (unless I have missed some fuse box's i cant find, out?) and they are also fine.
Does anyone know if there are any sensors I can check in the loop between the ECU and the fuel pump?
Also, does anyone know where to obtain the electrical drawing for the 1.6 model. It doesn't seem to be in the haynes manual.

Any help much appreciated.

Cheers

Re: Car turns over but won't start.

Was the vehicle running when before the problem with the code light started.
What was done to the ecu.
Have the keys been reprogrammed into the ecu, as some ecu's will not start the car as in virgin state.
Are you sure the code light staying on in the first place was not signalling a fault in the first place with the cars electrics.

Re: Car turns over but won't start.

Well I sent the ecu back to ecu-doctor and he said there is defo a prob with the ecu, it seems like an immobiliser problem that he can't fix. A full refund was given which is good, however, the fault which he first fixed (making the code light go out) is now back to the original fault state---imobilised,!!!

What a pain.

Just want to get it going so I can get rid.!!

Cheers
