I need an oil filter for my Punto 90 1.6

On eper there are 3 filters:

Currently installed in my car: 5984044

I got this filter on ebay (4434792):

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Filtro-Olio...2?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_101&hash=item27fe4aea60

Which says it should fit:
Fiat Punto 55-60-75-90 dal 1993 al 1997
Fiat Punto GT dal 1993 al 1997

But when I tried to install it in my car it won't fit:

By checking both of the specs, 4434792 thread size is 3/4 and 5984044 is M20x1.5.

if they're not identical, why eper says both of them should fit?

well god knows sometimes with the eper, them codes - C1211, D1211 might have something to do with it.

But in general if i had a 90 i would be suspicious of anything for sale that says it will fit a 55, 60, 75 or 85. They are a completely different engine family, they are all FIRE based engines whereas the GT and 1.6 are both old 8v lampredi engines..

The C and D numbers are change points. If you hover over them, it will tell you what the change point refers to. It could be a date, engine number, chassis number or spares number.

In your example:
C1211 is for cars built up to October 1994.
D1211 is for cars built after October 1994.

The alternative one shown as D1211 is a cheaper version of 5984044.
