(T) Engine Conversion

Hey i currently drive a 97 punto 1.2sx and am considering an engine conversion, was wonderin if anyone had any useful advice or info or sites to go on at all concerning this, (im just beginning to consider the idea) also if anyone knows and problems that may be occured and companies worth speaking to. One last thing if anyone has any gud suggestions on the best engine to drop in.

you could try the 1.2 75, dave has one for sale, or maybe the sporting ones, 1.2 16 valve or 1.6 8 valve, gt conversion isnt really worth it, any converion isnt worth it if you cant do it your self as it will cost to much for a garage to do it.

i can pretty much do any of the work myself, a 1.6 engine did look interesting, do you know of any probs or what needs changin if you go from a 1.2 to a 1.6?

i suppose its probably best to find a donor car, u kno if any fiat engine from a simillar earer to the mk1 wil fit?
