Hi guys,

I was wondering if there should be a pipe in between the air intake cover and the exhaust manifold? As there seems to be two pipes on each side that need to be connected but there is nothing in between. What is it for? Does this affect the car's performance?

Nothing to do with performance, it's for colder climates to help the engine warm up slightly quicker.
