| lowering hi new member here just bought a new punto elx hopefully going to have 16's on.was wondering how much i can get away with lowering it. cheers folks;)

| You can lower it 35mm easy. I had 16"s and lowered it 35mm and there was no rubbing or catching even with people in the back. Th only thing you may need is 3-5mm spacers on the rear.

| as evil said 60mm should be ok ! if you think you will have people in the back just dont cut the rubber bump stops ! my mk1 is down 60 on 16's and i did not cut them by much no rubbing ex ex even the front when turning! however i did add a strut brace to cope with the shocks!
