(G) sister lost car key, where to get another cut?

her car is a punto mk1 m reg (1995), will it need a coded key cut? the car has a seperate waso conlog imobiliser, so is the key coded? if so where can i get one clonned for the cheapest? she only has one key at the moment so i hope she dont lose it!

is the key either blue or red?

if so you will need the red key to have a new one made properly, or go to timpsons to get a blue one cloned!

if its got a black key you should be okay

if the immobliser is a aftermarket one, then it wont be done with the same key (i dont think) so youd have to contact the manufaturer for a spare (or get it deactivated)

early mk1s had uncoded smaller blues,
has sisters got a triangle on it?

its very similar to the one on the right, its not that one but very similar.

what reg is hers an M? i had an m with little key like that it was uncoded, does a code light come up in bottom left of dask for few seconds when ignition is on?

yer its m reg, no i have never seen a code light, i might be wrong but i never have.

have a look on key if its not got a triangle with a c on it then tis uncoded ket cutters will know when they see it any ways

i will when i next see it, she took her spare off me today so she can still use her car, thing is i know she will lose that key at somepoint but she wont have a spare but i can say i have a spare you can BUY off me, lol, il charge her £200 lol

i also think her key has a triangle and says something like a603 or maybe a608?? but i might be wrong.
