(T) Broken seat and window

hi i need to get these problems fixed before selling my punto to upgrade to a stilo,

First of all the passenger seat broke and kept sliding,forwards and backwars and not locking/holding in place when releasing the bar, so i look on the rails with the seat still on and what seemed to be a little clip was loose at the back,so i got a screw driver and tryed to force it back onto the seat rail part, it clicked and worked then after an adjustment the seat now is stuck and the bar stays in the position that it would be,if you pulled it up to adjust and however much pressure you do or push/pull the seat it wont budge, making it near impossible to get to the bolts to take the seat off.

Secondly when i bought it (w reg 8v elx),i discovered the drivers side window does not go all the way down,it goes down 5 inches then buzzes and refuses to go down unless u hold the button and push it down at the same time, then it goes down again by itself a couple of inches and buzzes again so a push puts it on its way again, however it does it again when closing the window so a pull makes it close, does anyone know what these problems could be?

Front window probably be fixed by replacing the window motor assy and greasing the runners (perhaps try greasing the regulator and runners proir to buying (from a scrappy of course) a new window motor.

Seat: The only thing is to take it off the base and replace the base, but you'll need to get the seat out of the car first, perhaps you can hacksaw the bit that attaches to the floor? if you don't mind a little destruction that is.
