Hazard Warning Lights come on

My 2001 Punto has a problem with the hazard lights coming on overnight or when travelling for the first mile or so. This only happens on cold dampish mornings. When I first got the car (March 2003) it happened and Fiat changed the "Body control computer" whatever that is, and the fault disappeared. This week it has come back (as the mornings are cooler). I took it back again but it didn't perform for them and they just checked all the wiring. Now it's doing it daily and I'm disconnecting the battery at night. Any ideas? My mearest Fiat garage is 50 miles away so this is quite a pain! P.S How do I remove the Hazard switch panel?
