servicing a gt

hiy i have just bought a punto GT

im new to turbo cars and wanted to know how often i should have oil changed brakes checked etc and info is very much appreciated

i would change oil no longer that 6k miles its cheep enough.

yep its simple, undo drain plug, drain oil, remove filter chuck it away, fit new filter refit plug, and refill, filters are £5 at motor factors

what oil is recommended and how much is needed?

that should be in the book that the motor factors where you buy the oil from has

where is motor factors ? im in mansfield the only parts shops i know of are halfords motormania and sutton auto centres
